The core of our service is an introduction: where we believe there may be a suitable fit, we share your project brief and contact details with an independent local professional. CPC does not employ, endorse, vet or guarantee these professionals, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information once introduced — we encourage you to ask them about their own privacy practices.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to service providers who help us operate the website and form (for example, our form and hosting providers), subject to appropriate safeguards.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information submitted through our online form is stored by our form and hosting providers and may be processed outside Australia. We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
